Refund policy
Please note that we do not offer returns/refunds on products. Products are handmade within 24-hours of pick-up to ensure quality and freshness and undergo inspection as well.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Important: Do NOT throw away the damaged item before taking images. Our quality control must view these images so we can assess the issue with shipping. If customer cannot provide images of the damaged item, refunds/exchanges will not be provided.
Cancellations Cancellations are not guaranteed. Once an order is received, we begin to create the ordered item(s) right away to ensure we get the product to you ASAP. Therefore, we cannot guarantee cancellations on orders after 30 minutes from the time they were placed.
