Shipping policy

At Blooming Moon Herbalism, each order is carefully handcrafted, packed, and shipped with care.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. During high order volume or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Method
All orders are shipped using USPS Ground Advantage, which includes a tracking number so you can follow your package on its journey. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your package has been accepted by USPS.

Delivery Issues
If for any reason your package was not delivered successfully, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number so we can assist you.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been shipped and marked as delivered by USPS, Blooming Moon Herbalism is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package was stolen or delivered incorrectly, we recommend contacting USPS directly to file a claim or inquiry. We will gladly assist by providing any necessary shipping details.
