Ingredients: Chamomile, Lemon Balm, Linden Flower & Leaf, Rooibos, Lavender

How to use: 
Boil 2 cups of water and add herbs. Herbs can be kept in tea bag or used as loose leaf.  Simmer for 10-15 minutes, covered.  Strain, add 1-2 teaspoons of honey, adjust as needed.  Drink 1-3 cups a day. Left over tea can be kept in refrigerator up to 24 hours.
