Ingredients: Honeybush, Chamomile, Linden Flower and Leaf, Rooibos and Lemon Balm

How to use:  Boil 1 cup of water and add herbs. Herbs can be kept in tea bag or used as loose leaf.  Simmer for 7-10 minutes, covered.  Strain, add 1-2 teaspoons of honey, adjust as needed. Longer steeping bring out the natural honeyed sweetness.

Perfect for daily use, any time of the day. Especially supportive during moments of stress, emotional tension, or when you desire a gentle comforting cup without caffeine.  Safe for the whole family and kind to sensitive systems.
