Ingredients: Lemon Balm and Lavender

How to use: Boil 1 cup of water, allow water to cool down a bit. At about 180° F, add the herbs. Herbs can be kept in tea bag or used as loose leaf. Steep for 5-7 minutes, covered. Strain, add 1-2 teaspoons of honey, adjust as needed. 
May be consumed 1-3 times a day (morning, afternoon and evening).
